Shipping policy

All CLAY 01 orders ship from Canada.

 

Batch 01 is a preorder. Orders will not ship until Batch 01 is produced and ready to send, on or shortly after September 6th. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders of 2 or more jars. Orders of a single jar are subject to standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Canada: 5-10 business days

United States: 7-14 business days
